Can Triple H Go About Trying Kettlebell Exercises Come WrestleMania?

By Rob Sutter

Trying kettlebell exercises has a quantity of different incentives but I think that the building of strength and versatility stands tall above all else. It only advertises building power but there's a feeling of agility and flexibility that comes with it, which is what I could see becoming useful for a number of wrestlers. With WrestleMania just around the corner, who's to say that the performers couldn't use them in some way? Triple H arguably has the most on his plate of any competitor during that event.

I'm not going to state that Triple H is exactly the most out of shape competitor today but I think he has lost quite a bit in recent years. You can chalk this up to him becoming part of the organization, leaving the full-time roster in order to quest for that particular interest. However, I think that it's impeded his athleticism and considering the challenge that awaits him at WrestleMania, this should not be a factor. On that big stage, he has a sizable task in bringing down prior UFC Heavyweight Champion, Brock Lesnar.

Not only is Lesnar a serious competitor in the ring but he is dangerous when you get right down to it. Triple H may want to go about trying kettlebell exercises if he's truly serious about bringing down the fighter. This isn't going to be any normal wrestling challenge, though, as you could imagine. Triple H is going to need to accept a few fitness tips which are associated with authorities like Lorna and put them to use so that he can secure a victory.

The problem with Lesnar, as far as an opponent is concerned, is that he cannot be so easily taken down by typical means. For so many years, Triple H has been a star with more impact to his moves but I don't know if that feature will come so much in handy against a mixed martial artist. Triple H will need to use his cognition in order to be better. These weights could easily train his mind as well, allowing him to make use of the most vital organ in the human body.

Triple H has always been known for his mental game and there are few contenders who are able to match him in that regard. It's what made him such a success when he was the peak of his job but who's to say that trying kettlebell exercises couldn't help him further? This is especially accurate when you think about how he's been out of the ring for quite some time. I think it's obvious that he will need some assistance to better prepare for WrestleMania.
