If you're going to construct the best diet, for yourself, it goes without saying that nutrition will be a point to highlight. There are so many different vitamins and minerals to consider that overlooking a single one of them would be a mistake. While you might have been familiar with polyphenols before, there are other details you may not be as aware of.

Polyphenols, for those who aren't in the know, are essentially plant chemicals that operate as antioxidants.
