You will find it less necessary to get insulins for your sugar balance right after the meal when you eat berries. This should be a good thing for you. You can add the berries to your bread, either with the white bread or rye bread. You can have a wide variety of berries such as bilberries, strawberries, chokeberries, lingonberries, and even a mix of them.

Black seeds, otherwise known as Nigella sativa, can also help you with this task. You just need to have at least two grams of the black seed to get the results that you are looking for. Spirulina should also be taken into account when you are in a fight against this illness. When you are diabetic, having the spirulina everyday can significantly increase a person's sensitivity to at least 250 percent. As much as 19 grams of spirulina in a day can keep the said illness away so take advantage of it.

Berberine can be just as good as any commercial drugs. You will find this more effective then the prescription diabetes drugs you have. The berberine is a bitter compound naturally found in the roots of a few plants such as barberry, goldenseal, and Oregon grape. You can compare its results with metformin.
