Of course in order to have a holistic approach to wellness, coaches must also be able to know how each food affects the mental state of a person. This means that coaches not only help with the body but with the mind too. So he should give clients foods that will make the client happy, energetic, and optimistic.

All they can do is help people live healthier and thus prevent these sicknesses from coming.
