Oily foods and fatty foods are really one of the most delicious stuff you could eat but that is not good for your diet and health. Its basically one of the reason for complications so you have to stop those bad fat intakes. But there are kinds of fats you should keep eating as they have good effect on your body like that one on the avocado, yes it has a lot of fats but those are all good fats.

And the last one, on top of your diet should be the Mediterranean rule wherein you eat carbs, calories and good fat. However, make sure to incorporate your diet with a lot of fruits. Keep a positive mindset and try to do some exercise every single chance you get so you do not just have a lower weight but also healthy mind and body.
