It's clear that going vegetarian is one of the better lifestyle changes to make but not everyone will be on board with it at the onset. After all, the idea of doing away with meat and milk, to name a couple of examples, may not be one that will be taken positively. You have to be able to fulfill certain lost nutrients, like protein, through alternative products like beans.
